MIXED SESSION 2H

Description du service

A longer space that allows the work to unfold at its own pace. This two-hour container offers more time to slow down, enter into the experience, and stay with what emerges — in the body, emotions, relationships, and the different parts of you. Conversation can be part of the work, as can movement, sensations, emotions, impulses, or parts work. The additional time allows us to go deeper when it feels relevant, without having to rush the process. When it supports the work, part of the session can also be dedicated to Reiki, offering a space for integration and grounding after the somatic work. DURATION: 2 HOURS YOUR INVESTMENT: $205
