THIS IS
WHERE I
Belong
Beeing LGBTQ+ can mean figuring out things other people never had to question.
Our stories are different. Mine won’t be yours.
But I know something about what it means to find your way in a world that wasn’t necessarily built with you in mind.
And sometimes, that matters.
BEING LGBTQ+ IS
DIFFERENT.
And in many ways,
it isn't.
Like everybody else, you’re human.
And life is lifing.
Work gets complicated. Relationships get messy. Maybe you’re stuck in a pattern you can’t seem to get out of. Or you just know something in your life isn’t going the way you want it to.
Maybe it has something to do with being gay or queer.
Maybe it doesn’t.

Being LGBTQ+ is part of who you are.
And as we explore your body, desire, sex, relationships, gender, community, anger or fear, some of that may eventually intersect with your identity and sexuality.
I won’t pretend to know your experience.
But some of it won’t be completely foreign to me. My body will understand some of it too.
And sometimes, that matters

Sometimes, in the presence of someone who knows something about our world, the body relaxes a little.
There’s less to explain. Less to translate. Less wondering whether this part of you will be understood.
No code-switching. No leaving pieces of yourself at the door.
You get to just be you.
That matters in this work.
And when the work asks us to go somewhere vulnerable, uncertain or deeply honest, that kind of safety isn’t a bonus...
It’s part of what makes the work possible.
SOMETHING CAN Soften.
WAYS TO WORK
together
Individual work. Group work. Different ways to explore what’s alive.
OPEN TO ALL
PROCESS GROUP
A space for people who want to go deeper.
Rather than working from a predetermined theme, we work with what emerges in the room — in you, between you and others, and in the group as a whole.
A place to practice being more present, more honest, more relational — with real people, in real time.

NOT SURE WHERE TO start?
You don’t have to choose before we talk.
Tell me a little about what’s bringing you here, and we’ll figure out together which space might be the right place to begin.
