FEEL YOUR WAY FORWARD.

Sometimes, understanding is only part of the way.

There are things we need to feel.

Things we need to move through.

Parts of ourselves we need to meet.

Somatic work invites the body into the process — creating space for what has been held back to be felt, expressed, and brought back into movement.

Because sometimes, the way forward is through.

LIFE IS
MOVEMENT…

Feeling stuck means that somewhere, something has stopped moving.

Something in us says NO.

No to sadness.
No to helplessness.
No to fear.

As if a part of us were saying:

Never again. I will never risk feeling that again.

From that refusal to feel — often outside our awareness — life begins to get smaller.

We learn to numb parts of ourselves. To feel less. To disconnect from our impulses, our desires, from what wants to move through us.

And little by little, our range becomes smaller.

Less feeling.
Less movement.
Less possibility.

Less freedom to choose how we want to live.

And often, what we long for lies on the other side of what we refuse to feel.

FEELING YOUR
WAY INTO FREEDOM.

What I’m offering is simple:

A little more freedom. Nothing more, nothing less.

By opening up another possibility: to feel.

Even when it’s uncomfortable.
Even when it’s scary.
Even when it hurts.

When you no longer need to avoid what you feel at all costs, you regain a little more choice.

A little more freedom.

SOMATIC WORK

GIVING YOURSELF PERMISSION TO FEEL.

Somatic coaching is about exploring what you’re experiencing in a way that goes beyond simply trying to understand it.

We talk, of course. But more importantly, we allow ourselves to feel.

To notice a sensation, a tension, an impulse to move.

Session by session, we allow ourselves to feel a little more, to stay with what’s here, and to let what has been held back begin to move again.

We don’t just talk about what we’re experiencing. We meet it.

REIKI
ANOTHER WAY TO FEEL

Sometimes, our first encounter happens through movement.
Sometimes, it happens in stillness.

Reiki is an energy healing practice that offers a space to slow down, receive, and feel.

Each session begins with an intuitive reading of the chakra system and a moment of conversation before moving into the Reiki treatment.

It’s a gentle experience that invites you to pay attention to your energy, to what is flowing, and to what may be asking to move again.

A moment to settle, recalibrate, and listen differently.

As you begin to notice what’s happening in your energetic system, new sensations and new questions can emerge.

And sometimes, feeling more of what’s happening within you simply opens the door to greater awareness, more choice, and new possibilities.

YOU BELONG
HERE..

The LGBTQ+ community holds a deeply important place in my life and in my practice.

Each of our stories are different. And I also recognize what it takes to dare to be ourselves.

The need to belong.
The fear of being different.
The courage to choose our own way of loving, living, desiring — or simply being.

And there is also our creativity.

Our resilience.

Our capacity to question the norms and imagine other possibilities.

It is within this community, and in my own desire to belong, that I have been hurt. And it is also here that I find parts of my medicine.

If you recognize yourself in some of these words, I invite you to become curious about your own story — the way you love, desire, relate to others, and find your place in the world.

I dedicate an important part of my work to LGBTQ+ people, with a particular affinity for gay and queer men — both individually and in groups.

WE BEGIN BY MEETING...

Doing something different sometimes means taking a small risk.

You don’t need to know exactly where it will lead.

You only need to be willing to begin differently.

Come as you are. We’ll start there.
