HOW IT WORKS
What keeps us stuck is not the emotion itself, but the avoidance of it. The pain, the fear, the anger — these are not the problem. If they could move freely, there would be a natural sense of flow in our lives.
It is the defenses we build against feeling them that create tension in the body, repeating patterns in our relationships, and unconscious choices in our lives.
This work brings awareness to those patterns, so what has been avoided can finally be felt, and begin to shift.
WHATS A SESSION LIKE
We work through the body, emotions, and presence. Each session begins with what is already here — a sensation, an emotion, a tension — and we follow it.
Through awareness, movement, expression, and sometimes dialogue or touch, we bring attention to what is stuck and allow it to move.
The process is guided, but not forced, creating a space where your body can lead and what needs to emerge can unfold naturally.
This is for those who are open to feeling deeply
I don’t offer quick fixes to “feel better.” I work with people who want to enter a deeper process — not to repair themselves, but to discover themselves.
People who are interested in seeing that they are not a problem to be fixed, but a living experience to be met, layer by layer.
An invitation to step out of the mind and into the body, where emotions, sensations, tensions, impulses, and deeper truths can be felt, met, and moved through.
If your mind has been your safe place — like it has been for me for a long time — this work may feel challenging, and also deeply transformative and liberating.
