Integrative coaching
My coaching is flexible and deeply personalized, designed to meet you exactly where you are. One day, we might explore through somatic practices, while another session could involve Family Constellations or a different approach. I tailor each experience to what you need in the moment, ensuring you connect with the parts of yourself that are ready to be seen, felt, and understood. This integrative approach creates space for real transformation, helping you move closer to the life and purpose you're meant to embody.
Practical life tools
To create real change, it’s essential to integrate new tools into your daily life. That’s why each week, you’ll receive personalized homework designed to support your growth. Whether it’s journaling, meditation, or taking a risk that pushes you out of your comfort zone, these practices will help you embody what we explore together and bring those insights into your everyday life. This is where the transformation truly takes root.
Weekly support
You won’t be navigating this journey alone. Throughout the week, I’m here to support you with texts or phone calls if you need help with your homework or have any questions. I dedicate time to ensure you feel supported between our sessions, so you’re never left to figure it all out on your own. We’re in this together, every step of the way.
Village
It takes a village, and if you choose to deepen your journey, you’ll gain access to my personal network of amazing practitioners—those I trust with my own path. Together, we’ll create momentum and enrich your coaching experience with additional modalities like breathwork, TRE, meditation, Reiki, and more. This collaborative support will help you dive even deeper and enhance your transformation.

A free breathwork session
what you will get
Option 1: 3-Month Intensive Coaching
Frequency: Once a week, 2-hour sessions, for 12 weeks.
Exercises: Specially prepared exercises tailored to you, based on the work done during the session, to deepen and solidify the session's work.
Follow-up: Weekly, via text or phone call, based on your preference, to ask questions between sessions and take quick action.
Objectives: We set the goals at the start of the journey, and if we need an extra session at the end, it is provided at no additional cost.
Investment:$2497, payable in 2 installments of $1248.50.
Option 2: Coaching + Breathwork Option*
Frequency: Once every week, 2-hour sessions, for 12 weeks or 24 weeks (we adjust to your schedule)
Includes everything from option 1 plus Add-on.
Add-on:
-Three breathwork sessions to release emotional blockages with a breathwork professional. These breathwork sessions act as a booster to go even deeper in your exploration and are given by my friend and colleague Naran.
-One extra session to be used when needed.
Investment:$2997, payable in 2 installments of $ 1498.50$
* You can choose 3 months every week or 6 month every 2 weeks.
